E's Outfits

Recently I have been giving Ellie a little more freedom in selecting things that she wears - if we are staying around the house. I can't relinquish that control for school yet - but I am getting there. I do give her options on what she wants to wear on school days, but I have predetermined outfits that will be acceptable.

Here is one of Ellie's latest combinations. We woke up one morning, and she had on her pink skull pjs. It was a bit chilly in the house, so I was going to put some sweat pants and socks on her, and instead she grabbed the green polka dot leg warmers out of the drawer. This is what she wanted to wear - so that is what I put on her.

Isn't it a great outfit?
This is E's Charlie's Angels outfit that I bought her at Target for $4. It is a one piece knit type material with thin pink, yellow and teal pinstripes.

When I bought this outfit I had two thoughts that immediately crossed my mind. The first was that this would be something that my Mom would have made me wear when I was little. The second was that Farrah Fawcett is now designing kids clothes for Target. I am sure that daycare is going to love this outfit as there are no snaps to change the diaper. The whole outfit has to come off. I think that its awesome.
