Christmas Family Photo

We decided to take a family photo on Christmas, the first one in a long time, and the first one including my brother's fiance, Amanda. Surprisingly, after several takes, we finally got one. Parts of the photo shoot reminded me of the Target commercial where the Dad is trying to hook up the video camera, and the kids are telling him that it still isn't working.... Anyhow, here is the pic... enjoy!

Where are the train tracks Poppa?

A couple of weekends ago, we took the kids to the Hammond Candies Christmas thing. They have a bunch of activities for the kids, and free tours of the candy factory. Not to mention a huge selection of candy canes to purchase afterwards. Ellie had a great time, and it was quite the decision on what type of candy cane to get after the tour. She ended up with a cherry candy cane and a grape sucker.

One of the activities is a train ride around the parking lot. Ellie was a bit reluctant, and couldn't quite figure out how the train was going to work, with no train tracks. She decided to give it a go, and took a spin around the parking lot on the train with her Poppa.

All Dressed Up....

We attended a Christmas Party in early December. Here are a few pictures of the girls dressed up. It is seriously painful to try and take pictures of the two of them together sometimes.

1 month and Counting

Mackenzie is now over 1 month old! I think by the time this posts, she will be 6 weeks! Amazing how fast time goes. As with tradition, I am going to take photos of Mackenzie on her monthly birthdays (just like I did with Ellie).

Mackenzie Announcement

Now that the official announcement has gone out in the mail....

Delayed Halloween Post...

This year for Halloween, Ellie was a Monarch butterfly. I am just now realizing that I didn't get around to posting the pictures from trick or treating.







Once again this year, we will be using her leftover Halloween candy for the upcoming Gingerbread House.
