The Wedding

After months of planning, bridal showers, bachelor parties, and everything in between, Nick and Amanda tied the knot over the weekend.  It was a beautiful ceremony on Sunday, and a good time was had all weekend long.  It was great to see all of the family and friends that traveled from near and far to join Nick and Amanda in their special day.

Bruce, Dad & Tom getting ready for the ceremony.  They had to go take photos for 3 hours before the ceremony.  It was nice to get the photos out of the way before hand, and we are super anxious to see the photos.  Amanda's cousin took the photos, and based on everything we have heard, and looking at his website the photos are going to be phenomenal!  I can't wait!

The out of town famiy members, waiting for the ceremony to start.

Me, Mackenzie & Tom at the rehersal dinner at Maggiano's.  The food was excellent.

Mom - I am ready to go!  Mackenzie in her dress and waiting for us to leave for the wedding.

Uncle Nick and Ellie (flower girl) before the ceremony.

Ellie standing ever so patiently with Miss Kari.  We gave Kari a whole pocketful of Skittle's to bribe Ellie with during the ceremony to keep her on her best behavior.  I think that Ellie chomped her way through the entire ceremony on the Skittle's.

I couldn't be more proud of the girls this weekend.  We kept them out late 3 nights in a row, missed several naps, ate on the go all weekend, and they were perfect.  They never once complained, broke down, melted down, nothing.  I honestly could not ask for anything more, the girls were perfect this weekend.

The wedding was beautiful, and we are really looking forward to the pictures from the photographer.

Ellie's the perfect flower girl! I'd get married all over again if she could be my flower girl! ;-) I love Mackenzie's little hair clip. Such a cutie patootie! Can't wait to see you guys again on Saturday!
