One morning last week Tom dropped Ellie off at school. He ran into one of her teachers that he typically doesn't see in the mornings, Lisa. Lisa said to Tom, "Ellie tells me that you are having another one. She says that she is having a baby brother". Tom said, "Oh, really?", and was kind of taken aback by the comment, because everytime we talk to Ellie about the fact that she is going to have a baby brother or sister, she just ignores us and continues playing. So Tom explained that Yes, we were expecting another baby, but we didn't know if it was a boy or a girl yet.
Apparently, Ellie has been telling her teacher Lisa several times a day that she is going to have a baby brother. I wonder if she is psychic in some sense?

Audrey INSISTED from the beginning that she was having a sister and that turned out to be true. They are definitely perceptive little creatures in lots of other ways, I don't see why it would be different here. Especially when it's in regards to another wee one invading their space as queens of the castle. :)
