This is our albino rainbow shark, Sal. Sal was named Sal for a couple of reasons, first, mainly because of his color, and second, he would swim up into the filter, like a salmon, and then get spit out through the open end. He is a little psycho. He tried to commit suicide, but thanks to Bella, we found him on the floor, a little chewed, but still alive. We dumped him back in the tank, and he survived.
Sal is one of our oldest fish - we have had him for over a year and a half. Recently, he has been picked on by another one of our sharks - and is missing most of his fins. I think I need to start looking online for some artifishal fins for him. The sad part is I would probably find them. We have no idea how he swims around, but he still does. Today I watched him chase around his attacker taking little nips out of his fins.
This fish is truly psycho.
